Yea, I got one the day of release. No big lines, I went to the ghetto to get one and no problems setting it up. I have a bunch of issues though; it lacks certain things that all smart phones should have.

I would guess that it would not use any of it. That would be offensive to me if they promoted a 4gb and only gave you a 3gb because you needed the 1gb to operate it. If they do that, I'm sure there would be a lawsuit, similar to the one they have going on with their monitors. Joe
