and how about this one... you sell naked calls in something. you don't get a complete fill. that day, the price of the call pluments to near 0. you want to cover. guess what? you can't (without cancelling the original) because of the rules about not having buy and sell in the same...

i have it set up with the 'keep me logged in' option... it resets only when my cookies get deleted (i think). do you clear out your cookies automatically (from your web browser) each time? if so, that might be why.

i periodically trade thin nas stocks which have activity that day... so, yes, i do have that qualifier there. some people claim that they can read certain major MMs in them easily, because they're the 'junior' people and don't play as many games. i can't read that action easily, however...

ebay's earnings are smoke and mirrors. they've got options that would reduce their money to negative, and their rate of growth has stopped. their acquisitions have been hideous - the only one that recently looks like it *might* work is paypal, which they turned down only a few months...
