I'm gonna throw my .02 out there and venture to say that the nearest held short inventory zone is from 882-885 and formed over multiple price rotations during Fridays trading..... Ok AMT... let us have it!!! haha

Here is a quick chart I threw together with todays divergences. It might look cluttered, but I'm sure real-time you can see these setting up well in advance (just like AMT said).

Excellent post AMT!!! If there is a pocket of resting inventory, how is it that in the AH session, price can rocket right through that zone with a fraction of the volume? I thought that held inventory would have to be eaten up before price could continue beyond the zone...

No, I'm using DTN IQ Feed. It's what AMT uses, so it must be quite reliable.

What data feed are you using? Check out my chart for the comparison... Specifically how my CD doesn't show the first divergence you had annotated. I wonder which of our CD's are wrong. I'm using Investor RT.

Yep, you are exactly right in your interpretation. I look at it as kind of an opposite divergence... where price is divergent from the CD, instead of vice versa. When I try to think about what is happening, I interpret that a lot of volume (CD) is flowing into the market, yet price is not...

Here is a chart with all the divergences I saw for today.... Also, I think that if more people were to post charts in here, everyone would learn faster. It's so much easier to understand what someone is trying to say when there is a visual attached. So come on folks... Lets see some charts!!!

You use Ninja for trades right? Do you have two separate accounts so that you're able to take long and short trades at the same time (If I tried to do that on Ninja, it would just close my opposite positions). Funny thing the other day. A Virgin A343 arrived after a long distance flight...

AMT, I'm trying to figure out where you are getting the 924-927 level as a resting short inventory resistance. Is this from the price/CD action yesterday? If so, please see attached chart and tell me where I took a wrong turn. The major resting inventory I see is between 921.25-924.25 THANKS!!!
