I think this is working for me. The chart from the time i did that is looking a lot cleaner now. I guess that nms print showed up becuz it wasn't too far away or was the same price as the nyse prints.. I'll keep watching. Thanks for your help

That sounds right but actually I just did that and watched an NMS print go by and show up on my chart. Are there certain other boxes that should be checked or unchecked under properties to get that to work. Not that this would make any difference but I use 3 min, 10min, 30 min charts.

I know you can type in for example IBM=N for example which is what i've been doing past couple days. But is there another way to change the esignal settings so you don't have to type =N after every symbol???

Is there a way to change the settings inside the properties or whatever of esignal to correct this problem.. Or do I have to type in XYZ=N every time I want to look at a new chart?

ya that shouldn't be... maybe your trading software marked the position as a long sale not a short sale.. and in that case you may get a short sale violation also..

what stock was it?? Maybe you shorted one of the SHO pilot stocks which don't need an uptick to short. But if thats not the case I have no idea.

We'll see I guess. Nothing for traders to do anyway but just live with it and adjust.

But nobody else has the power that the specialists have or can see what they can see. I admit they have lost some power with phase III Hybrid.. But they can still use LRP's to their advantage which is a complete joke.

"BIG BALLS" is definately the WRONG term that should be used when describing the specialists.

Try it on a thin listed stock too and see what happens.. Stock gaps a point away, fills your order, then comes back...
