Hi Gary, Quick Q... say you were short at a certain area, got your profit and cashed out...then it reversed, went above that area and came back down, do you take that same short twice in one day? Thanks! Chris

Out of ER2 with a measly tick of profit. It's just hanging...hate it when it just hangs on to a price for too long...plus SOX moved back up. Better tick profit than 10 ticks loss...plus I'm hungry.

BB, I would watch it...but it's not fully implemented into ToS (thinkorswim) charts just yet, but will be soon. On occasion I can get volume on the eMini charts through them.

Could this be a blowoff top happening on SPY? The volume is HUGE on this 15 minute bar. (I know it isn't an eMini, but this is my favorite thread and I hate to travel anywhere else for advice). THANKS

The markets seem to be just running out of steam. Tough with this being the final week of the quarter too, and all the public companies wanting to make sure their shares are nice looking for their reports. This can't, and I don't think will, hold out for very long. (I as well am a permabear). :)

Me personally...I don't think it will. I think it's a fall down from here. The S&P MidCap400 and Russell2000 didn't come to their highs from a couple days ago, showing weakness there, and the number of advancing issues wasn't as strong as it couldve been. I think today was a blow off day...

Hi Screenstruck, I use ToS for options and eMinis and everything is lightning quick. As you know, ToS is amazing on the support side of things and their software is always getting developed. Stick with them and you'll be all set :)

FWIW, I was in short at 725.90, and covered at 723.80 between 9:58 and 10:03 this morning. On ER2. 2 for 2 :) Thanks again for the help Gary and everyone else!

Hi Gary, I didn't want to short there because I wait 4-5 ticks before entering after a level is broken, and doing that wouldn't give me two points before the level at 736.00. It would give me 1.5ish points, but, I'd rather wait to get the two points. Hope that answers the Q...
