These are the hours I typically trade it too. You can pile in on some decent trends in the hours prior to that, but the volume is so low that I usually don't feel comfortable trading that price action.

That's why they were the good ole days. :D I know a few guys who pulled in 200k-400k in the flash crash back in August, and a few who cleaned up following the election, but those opportunities seem few and far between these days. At least for the guys in my circle.

I think it's important to draw the line between big REAL risk, and big PERCEIVED risk. The handful of guys who correctly played the housing credit default swaps had very little real risk and they made an absolute fortune.
