    AspenGraphic Users ?

Regarding CQG, I have used it and it is indeed a very good (and easy to use) product. Regarding DeMark, I remember that Tom DeMark's studies were available on my Bloomberg. I found them totally useless.

    Ib Bracket Orders

I don't think IB can do anything. It's Globex which requires stop limit orders.

This is how hard it is to stay on top...

And? It's certainly not the only system that has a difficult start to the year. So just show one is a bit unfair. At least 50% of the trading systems I follow are in the red this year.

    Ib Bracket Orders

Regarding stops, don't forget to use a stop limit order when trading the es or nq, but a stop order if you also trade dax or eurostoxx.

Anyone know how the floor pivot #s were made?

On the Chicago exchange floors, the Pivot Point is defined as the average of the previous session's high, low and settlement prices. Pivot analysis formulas are then used to calculate two resistance lev-els above the Pivot Point and two support levels below the Pivot Point. One characteristic...

    Globex Terminal

Tea, you don't seem to understand how the market works. The number of contracts on the bid and on the offer just reflects the number of buyers / sellers at the bid / offer. Anybody can place an order to buy at the bid or sell at the offer and if someone enters such an order, he joins the...

Who is a good data provider for EUREX?

Sorry. I meant "how much" (already late in Europe:) ). You can check CQG (probably the best) but expensive (around 500/mth) MyTrack data are good and can be used with many different software. Regarding esignal, I have heard that their data were often lagging by a few seconds. They are...

That can be the case. Let's close all the pits...:) (and have some nice electronic squeezes in the illiquid markets...)

Futures commission rates for 60 r/t trades a month

Let's say market is 5 bid and he has a limit to buy at 5: in this case they may pass him when 5 trades. But once 5 becomes offered and 4 trades, there is no way he can't be filled at 5. Anyway, when you don't trade size, you are very rarely filled at the bid or at the offer, so, frankly, I...

Futures commission rates for 60 r/t trades a month

Position in the pit or how well the broker is liked is not important in this case. We are not talking of a guy who needs to turn 500 tbonds at a time. Anyway, the best solution for him to get good fills will just be to give limit orders.

    finding an edge...simple?

If the link is not working... The 30/34 System is a swing-type system for trading the S&P E-minis. Signals are taken from a 30 minute chart of the ES with a 34 EMA. The 30/34 System rules are as follows: 1. Enter in the direction of the closing price whenever a closing bar CLOSES...

    finding an edge...simple?

I agree with Swoop. If you want a system which puts in a good trade 80% of the time, you need to find a pretty good edge. But there are also some pretty profitable systems with almost no edge and bigger drawdowns. They are profitable mainly because they let profits run and have a positive...
