Should I buy a trading system?

www.traderclub.com Two systems which seem to be doing ok: I-Master --> www.trade-system.com Mini Max II --> www.breakoutfutures.com Both vendors are well-known and (imvho) straight-forward. The latter vendor has a one-year guarantee on his system. Cheers.

Dual Wan (cable & dsl) solutions

I played with that thing (Pro800turbo) for over 2 months with the help of support. Finally, the guy said send it back for a refund. The folks at nexland are very nice and were good to work with. Too bad their product didn't work for me. My $.02009 (decimalization). Rich

You might want to consider Mini-max from Breakout Futures http://www.breakoutfutures.com No affiliation ... but it looks fair: --> less than $400 for a fully disclosed trading system (actually 2). --> one year money back guarantee --> discloses track record with reasonable comm/fees...

Risk of system being copied by broker?

Brokers are in the business to service customers. Their bread-n-butter are commissions. Systems come and go, but commissions are a constant. If you give your system to a broker to trade, just have a non-disclosure agreement signed prior to giving them the code. If you use tradestation, simply...

    Systematic Performance Stats

Hi. Those are impressive results. Took a while for me to fully understand the stats as I don't utilize Wealth-lab. 2 ?'s ... did you account for commission/slippage (if so, how much). FWIW, I would also run the data over the actual contract vs. using the cash index. I have found disparity...

The Evolution of an E-mini Trader

Never could get the gist of scalping the e-mini. Hence the fall-back to defined risk/reward. The models don't have a stop ... they take a trade and close at end-of-day. I experimented with several types of stops ... fixed, variable, trailing, you name it. All they did was hurt performance...
