AGNC has tried to swap their 30 yr for 15 yrs. Helps a little. I'd expect less decline in book value on further LT rate rises. I'm still bullish on rates and bearish on mREITS. Seems to me a likely Summers nomination would drive rates even higher due to market perception on him being taper friendly.

Think Fading Seeking Alpha "hit pieces" will work

The level of analysis on SA ranges from impressive to very shallow. Many times I disagree on the timing even if the underlying analysis I agree with. I never really viewed those articles as short term or day trading ideas, but something for longer term investing. Speaking of "Kray-ma," once I...

Check out small caps ETF run up like IWM

But I'm concerned if stocks hit another short term low, then it's another round of bear bashing. Maybe better opportunity to short at higher levels? I'm waiting for the next round of the Fed choir singing dovish tunes any time now, or perhaps a Hilsrenrumour.

With rising LT rates impacting stocks, I also think being long TZA could be a good bet if not held for too long. Probably better to be 3x short Russell futures rather than suffer TZA's decay from daily rebalancing.

Fed's Bullard: No sign of major asset bubble

Well, stocks and bonds may behave differently to this. In the short-term, probably bullish for stocks, but bearish for longer-term bonds (10 and 30 year) if the market thinks this is long-term inflationary.
