I have been looking at dukascopy the last few days, and the numbers correspond well to Esignal's feed (although at a 10-sec update rather than esignal's stream). Anyone have experience with the free dukascopy data? http://www.dukascopy.com

Esignal is a good choice for forex data and charting.

One minute refresh is probably pretty rare for a non-pay service. RSS is pretty intensive for a server, hence all these syndication sites. But check the xml that is returned by the link, and inside that XML you'll see the refresh time. Here are some more found on the Quotetracker website...
