I don't know; sometimes you even get good moves on friday before the NFP... You just never know. That said; it's good to force yourself to some limits in trading. Another idea is to take your dog for a walk and return one hour after NFP, look at the charts and decide if you see an opportunity...

I was taught by someone the same thing about "trendlines"! :rolleyes:

I think taking trades "somewhere in the middle" is very difficult at this moment. Even if you widen your stop, it's hard to predict what happens next. Maybe you should just wait for price to approach one of the yellow lines...

On the 1H: the first red after 6 greens and on my 4H: a red pinbar after 5 greens... I think you made a very good call and maybe by looking at these TF's you might have decided to stay in. Price seems to bounce now on the low. Keep up the good work; I'll like your style!
