What do you see grain prices in the next 12 months

TraderTX, Cygnus, thanks for the info. I’ll look further into the individual grain prices and the related comments. Hope we catch the price at the low range :)

What do you see grain prices in the next 12 months

I don’t know about the grain fundamental, but the relatively low prices these days attracts my attention. DBA (an agriculture ETF based equally on wheat, corn, soybean and sugar futures contracts) for example, went from $43 12 months ago to now around $24 (see the price chart). What do you...

The SPX near term support level I see is about the same. Once the market is moving out of the sideway doldrums, the forecast could become a little easier.

SPX broke the intraday support, looks pretty weak to me. Let's see if the weekly chart will break the sideway range in the near future.

Simply following the standard e-wave chart, I just drew two e-wave scenarios for 2009-2010. See what you think :)

SPX broke daily chart support yesterday, further slide today is pretty much what I expected. Will the daily SPX just have a mild correction like last month’s or else? That remains to be seen.

Thanks. But the stock should still be traded sometime today, isn't it? People want to watch the market action.

Is GM traded under a new symbol today? I don't see GM stock quotes this morning (now at 8:08 EDT).

Not familiar with Jury's black cap pattern myself. I just stay on the sideline and watch. Friday afternoon is not a very good time to trade anyway. Have a nice weekend. :)

EUR looks good on 1:1 and bounced back from 1.4165 area.

I'll watch those EUR levels. On the daily chart, EUR looks like moving in a 5-wave pattern to me. GM now is under $1 and free falling. Announcement of Chapter 11 can be expected over the weekend, I think. If so, a big gap down for GM will happen on Monday. EUR daily

amateur counts on the Euro Euro hourly chart seems to be in abcxabc mode and now at X wave top. The 5-min chart is moving on two 5-waves or a-b-c waves.

It bounced back up from 887, the market likes to keep us guessing.

No problem guys. I mentioned SPX 880 just by eyeballing rather than a careful TA. You guys usually do better than me to predict how much the market will move. Regarding time cycles, I think if we study both the vertical measure (the price scale) and the horizontal measure (the time...

Here's a live example of cycle in fibo ratio, using again EURUSD chart.

Yep, some e-wave followers prefer wave-5 extension, so they can catch a good portion of the moves. I wonder what the e-wave gurus said lately. :)

Now it's falling, perhaps will re-test 880 by tomorow.

Thanks Illum, I like to use time cycles on my charts. Once in a while, we find a chart like that. But it can be tricky using them too. Because sometimes the cycles move in symmetrical time frame sometimes they move in fibo number time frame, sometimes none of the above but move in some odd...

Thanks Mup, I'll watch that. Looks like EURUSD (1-hour chart) is reaching a cycle line the next 3 hours or so.
