One of the scenarios for SPX in my mind is like this,

BOJ has tried intervention many times before and knows it would work no more than a few days. Now U/J appear to be on the way to new low again and BOJ is getting hectic under the situation...

What about both numbers have been cooked?

The stock market had an amazing 5-day rally. Maybe we can call it July 4 rally :)

The rally around 3pm today looks pretty good, hope it can start a market up swing again.

Dollar index still seems to be on downtrend, perhaps will reach the bottom by October. (But the USD may reach bottom against different currency in somewhat different time frame)

I suspect AUDUSD will still fluctuate in the area for the next 2~3 weeks before going downtrend.

Great timing for the silver and gold calls! I was waiting for the pull back and go short, but too bad they kept falling like a rock and went straight down!

Tomorrow is nonfarm report day, volatilities can be expected in Stock and forex markets. If SPX continues to fall till Monday, maybe it’s time to go long again.

Yep, gold and silver are trading at dizzy hights, should watch them closely.

A Three-Drive pattern?

USD price chart is still in down trend against the major currencies like EUR CAD CHF AUD JPY. So I think the Dollar index is still moving down, perhaps until the beginning of June (to reach a cycle point by then). I wonder how the dollar index is traded, is it a futures contract?

I also thought SPX would continue to move down the day before, but oops, it turns out to be a head fake. The market likes to play games. I think AUDUSD uptrend may last until the end of May.

Obviously, Japanese have lived on the land for several thousand years. But this is a very bad earthquake period they have to cope with.

AUDUSD seems to be moving up with the Stock market and breaking its weekly/monthly channel line. Another channel line (pink line on the chart) may be the next resistance.
