    Parameterless Strategies

Experienced lifters lose fat by intermittent fasting

good question! It's usually an 8 hour or so.. window of eating. Some also could argue that you might want to eat most carbs in the earlier part so that you are more carb depleted by the end. But, it's important to eat.. and eat good food!

Experienced lifters lose fat by intermittent fasting

Ok cool. I don't think you've really looked at intermittent fasting though. With IF you can eat all your meals. The idea is that there is an anabolic state (when eating) and a catabolic state - when not eating. So.. you eat all your calories in a shorter window which boosts your metabolism...

Experienced lifters lose fat by intermittent fasting

did you just stop eating? This is intermittent fasting, not just fasting fasting.. If you just cut down calorie intake as in straight up fasting you will slow your metabolism down. But the idea with intermittent fasting is that in a day, you still get x amount of calories

Best book to rewire me to follow my trading plan

I used to have sheets of paper with conditions printed on them. As the conditions were met, I would check them off. If all conditions were met, I would for example.. enter or exit if you still can't follow that, then just quit. What's the point..
