Thats was the day of the post I think i was net 2207 euros posative. I was 488 x 488 =3087 euro (gross). I was up 3087 euros not down.

I use X-trader's MD trader window so every trade i enter has a limit price. I do have a key pad programmed with chase orders and market orders. I use it though mostly to get out of losing trades.

not 100% but it looked like we were going to make new highs today so I made sure I was going to trade

Sorry for no posts yesterday I was feeling pretty sick so I took it easy yesterday and rested.

Average Range over last 10 days SP 9 pts 36 ticks NAZ 23 pts 46 ticks DAX 50 pts 100 ticks

Its due to the greater volatility and low exchange fees. The bigger tick size is nice but thats not why I trade it. When I say volatility I mean the average range in ticks.

I'm getting quite a few emails asking for my trade file so i will just post it here.

It's a little more then a half tick per contract before commission. After commssions yes its about 4.5 euro. Is it good? That depends on who you ask. I think if you are a scalper and make a tick a contract that is a good day.

I've got caught on the wrong side of the ZEW release before when it has came in way out of line. That is why I watch it. The ZEW i just as importent as the IFO survey in my opinion.

O.K. got back up, for a bout 2 min. Made a couple trades lost my connection to Eurex again. I'm done for the night. I will get this resolved today! It really pisses me off when I can't trade.
