Funster..its funny you keep mentioning your capitaol base..i am remindedd that it was only each time I was broke that i ever really learnt anything about trading!!! Its not about the money..which is why one ends up making however much of it one wants to make!!

I think I understand..(learnt in trading never to pressume) I made a post on a thread here about motivation..I can't find it again..I'll get used to the site here.. but it was on the lines that what motivated me in trading was some understanding of the abyss..of the nature and true meaning...

It's funny really ..but each is our own progress..beyond the tech analysis stuff which initially consumed me..I caould only really see its sense buy stepping back, I then began to see that it was a matter of perception..(yes I mentioned that before)..or rather the nature of each individuals...

Well said sabina...intuition is subconsciously stored knowledge..and understanding, on a spiritual level that ones intuition will never harm us, as it is the voice of our higher..superior self..learning to be from that place is mastery.. mbt3

in terms of the time and effort to learn to trade well..from my own experience..I spent 15 months..watching one market..I saw every tick of every day..thats when I started...thats every day without a break no hols etc.. I had no idea what I was really looking at..only that I was trying to laern...

the seriousness of ones intent can be measured by the casuality with which one dismisses the idea of failure.. I'm sorry that some of the concepts and ideas posted here have not managed to help..but best of luck to you Funster in any endevour, if luck is your chosen vehicle to success...

If I may add..Tripack is correct, regards patience and an edge.. THis is the "art" in trading as oppossed to the science..an internel centered balance, its about being focused.. and staying or accessing that "zone"..
