You mean you plug Sierra into IB and not the other way around - correct? I see IB has an option in menus to use their party data providers. Or does Sierra come it's own program and you run IB and your other two brokers and it brings all three brokers into one interface?

Commissions are confirmed to be the same at least with IBKR. As such I am assuming margin interest is also the same for over night. Taxes are blind to types of equity traded at least in Canada. It's profit that counts not what was trades unless it's in a retirement plan of some sort. I guess...
