not sure - check out how much IB's commission on trading UK shares has contracted over the last 10 years. Keeping market share is as challenging as gaining it. They will have to adapt to a low cost DMA offering.

I reckon $0 commission and DMA will put proper pressure on IB to lower their fees. Let's hope the market goes in that direction.
