    GBP/USD newbie mistake, analysis needed!

Listen to me carefully please. Stop trading even a play money account (especially off 1 min fx charts) Your personality requires you to trade much larger timeframes with much smaller size. Listen to me or ignore me at your own peril.

Why do people pay for trading courses/training?

7 years is an "average" business / market cycle. If you can survive 7 years the probabilities of you surviving the next cycle are strong. Markets flux in volatility and great traders survive through them all.

Why do people pay for trading courses/training?

Hahahaha ! Do you hear yourself? The reason you will never learn form anyone is because you are not capable of it. You know everything ! And thats ok but not everyone is as brilliant and smart as you. Keep on truckin

Why do people pay for trading courses/training?

In theory your post is silly. I've been in this biz for 27years and seen guys like you come and go so you really don't have any credibility with me till you pass the 7 yr mark of profitability. In my 27 years experience do you not think I would have some value if I decided to teach someone...

five years later (the previous 5), still struggling!

Dude, You do realize that markets are a live auction process and ANYTHING can happen at any moment and they are mostly complete chaotic noise 98% of the time. The fact of the matter is REAL exploitable edges are VERY VERY rare. 5-6 Trades a day are insane UNLESS your trading for .05...

    Gambler vs Trader

No I totally agree you can be both but a professional by definition is a person who makes their livelihood from their field of expertise. A garbageman is a professional by definition :) So is Matusow a professional celebrity or poker player? I don't have the time or inclination to check...

    Gambler vs Trader

Matasow is a Celebrity, not a degenerate gambler. He is paid to attend various tournaments and tv shows because he has developed a poker personality and persona. There is also a huge difference between a POKER PRO and a Gambler. The two are completely separate because Poker Professionals...

    Astrological Theory of Markets Cycles.

HAHAHA Nicely done Suryanda Good start to the thread with a super win. So my question is how does one go about learning how to use this approach? Does each pair have a birth date ? Are there any books that you recommend that would be helpful?

    Astrological Theory of Markets Cycles.

Welcome to ET I love reading personal astrological charts (I'm a Scorpio) and find them fun and they can be somewhat insightful at times. I do know that there where a lot of astrological predictions about the end of 2010 that never really transpired in the markets so it will be fun to...
