Yeah, if you really are set for those two brokerages, they may have merged, but TOS has better features, you can use them until they migrate your account which will be late 2009. Otherwise I would recommend Interactive Brokers and MB Trading.

If you have a choice go with thinkorswim, features are better, and service is too. Only reason TD bought them is for superior trading platform and features.

Don't even bother with there mobile trader, it has been changed in years. I would say carry a computer with you, or not but try using the html site on an iphone, it maybe a little hard, but the wap version sucks.

I have tried it's much better then the past. Spreads are close to Oanda if not better. They use a flash platform, it has a few bugs, but there working them out. Commissions are 5 dollars per 100k lot.

Oanda's FxTrade is pretty good.

Yeah I like Daily FX Plus, but you have to have an account with FXCM. I wouldn't mind paying for a site similar to that with commentary, and trade suggestions and signals. Also fxstreet.com isn't to bad. I'm checking fxtrade.com's news site, its pretty good. Anyone have any other suggestions?

Two things to remind that GFT does differently is they roll over your positions at 3 pm eastern where most brokers do it at 5 pm eastern. Also they let your losses/gains positions float after you close them. Sometimes you make an extra 50 dollars other times you lose.

The electronic token is a pain to use, but if you return it, then call them to request the security credit card. It has a bunch of codes and you have to pick the pairs that IB asks you. It makes it quicker and easier to carry around.
