    I am sorry, but can you clarify what HV stands for. I tried looking it up on acronym finder, and the only thing I could think of amongst that list was Hyper Velocity. But, that doesn't really match the context under which we are speaking.

    That's pretty interesting in fact at some point I thought that if I got timing right things would be okay. But, at the same token can't option greeks be used in a specific timing formula? I don't know maybe I'm thinking ahead of myself.

    because I'm trying to find out a reasonable rate of decay to take advantage of. Am I selling an over priced option for a big profit, or am I selling an under priced option contract? What will give me the biggest premium, and put the counter party at a much bigger disadvantage?

    Seriously if you have good risk management. A strong system of winning, and good win:loss ratio set up in advance. Than another contract won't damage you as long as you stick with your investment style, and stop out to reduce loss.

    Hmm, holding a lot of cash at the peak of a bull market is good. Holding a ton of cash amidst a bear market is bad. They need to invest and earn some good returns so they can liquidate there cash later when things get to expensive. You'll find that most managers know how to run there business...

    P/E ratios are always extreme in size coming out of recession. 1) Stocks, Just because a stock is earning 50 cents in a year per share. Doesn't mean a stock should be trading at $15 per share just to meet a standard 30 P/E ratio. Some stocks always trade higher due to Book Valuation...
