I got around 200k from a good friend of mine to trade with and pay him 7% yearly net. He has some cash so it didn't make a difference for him and its been good so far and few other friends have put 20-30k in.

That is the downside of these smaller companies, but i will buy options in oppositely correlated sectors to hedge against. I have tried using weeklies but i did not see a advantage to it.

thats a great point, scaling in is an option but these small cap stocks have large intra day moves and wide spreads that make it slightly difficult. Sadly these stocks do not offer options. sadly 99% of these dont offer options,

I don't thinks that's true, there are many great traders and even funds who are limited by their size being to big. You can do things with 100k that you cant do with 10m
