How about they monitor traders then pick good ones that trade similar instrument into a group and use them as indicator for their own prop trading. If i can see live trades of traders it would help in picking market direction, buying bottom selling top and i would make less mistakes.

for me the first trade is the rush trade because i am afraid of missing out. Then in a trade for 20 minutes i can decide if it's a loser or a potential winner. Cut the bad trade but if a good trade but bad entry then why not double or even triple. All depend on your ability to read the market.

Apex does not allow you to hedge funded accounts one against the other. If you do that they simply do not pay you. In the evaluation i imagine anything goes.

I would like to suggest you implement some sort of automatic liquidation shortly before the restricted time because if there was some sort of power outage then the trader would lose the account. It is unconfirmed but Apex funding does that.
