What service do you recommend most to scan for intraday price/volume breakouts (e.g. relative to days before, and relative to average volume over the last 90 days, etc.)? No fancy charts, just versatility with the scanning.

We're necessarily talking system rules, as the quality of the system must be quantifiable. There's enough okay (and not so okay) tracked systems that send signals--this must be something beyond that. In terms of numbers, the quality of the system will determine the profitability...

YES!! The fund is big. So unless yours is that exceptional, if you ask too much, he'll just develop his own.

When I spoke with TOS, they said that in the summer they plan to repost the ISE spread order book--currently, they post their own customers' spread orders, regardless of to which exchange.
