What happens to rbak common shareholders. Do they emerge from the bankruptcy with the shares intact?

By this I mean ecn bid/offers with corresponding volume so far down the levels that there intention is to convey information, I think. This flashes a few times and then the action is usually not far behind.

I play a few tier two/three stocks consistently. The volume is between 200-400 thousand. I've noticed funny bids and offers appear and leave 5-15 levels away from price level 1 and sure enough within a short time the price approaches these levels. I now believe these are market maker signals to...

Whether I cancelled it or not should not matter, it was a lmit sell, BRUT left best bid after 3 seconds and reported a confirmation 1 1/2 minutes later. Besides I did cancel, although about 10 seconds later.

I'm still trying to resolove this with them so naming them now might place my position in jeopardy. Also, I be leery since I find their software and their their rates especially good. Damn REPURCUSIONS!

If the NASD has no such policy that probably means their retaining those profits. That's BULL****. Also it's not a fair market if you report fills a minute later. If you could do that it's a licencse to print money. Report the ones that move in your favor and don't report the ones that don't.

Going straight down any pops are sold into. Many way below VWAP. Anybody know?:confused:
