    Moving Averages -- Am I being Fooled?

    Please take a look at this chart: It looks like it's "respecting" the moving averages right? but this is a chart of advancers/decliners ratio... maybe moving averages just mathematically look organized plotted on a semi-smooth chart? am I being completely fooled?
