    have had the same happen to me. usually the AMEX will "mistakenly" keystroke the wrong big number and it will trigger ARCA stops.

    Wall St management is 90% Italian and Jewish..at least thats what I have noticed in my 10 years in the biz. So its pretty obvious that when anything happens good, bad or indifferent a Jew or Italian is involved.
