I got a ton out of the Market Wizards books by Jack Schwager. Not only are they well-written and entertaining, but the insights were well, well worth the price.

People look at me like I"m nuts when I say the same thing. But after all these years, that's what I've come to know as THE bottom line--along with price is king and screw all the indicators, except as a parsley garnish on a great steak.

Zdawg - I would love to use tick charts as I find them smoother than price as well, but TOS does not yet have user-defined ticks. The two they have don't work for me. TOS does so many other things well that I don't want to switch.

Currently using TOS and think they do many, many things well. One thing they don't is having enough selection of or user defined tick charts. I don't mind paying for realtime charts.
