In Tx the budget is for two yrs so i think the shortfall stated in media is for the two yr period not one yr. IMO, it may happen that a few counties combine into one entity in attempt to save themselves if things get really bad. Same for some school districts.

Here in the Houston area i get two disconnects on a regular basis. One usually starts at approx 11.02p and then again at about 11.24p central time. i never have to restart TWS to get data flow going again.

Never cliche here on ET and needs to be repeated more often especially for those thinking about starting to trade. Learning to trade well. I was fortunate to have this idea put up to me early on by a few ET members.
