    Yeah and go a step further and call CS/option desk to confirm the other side abandoned them, it's very unusual. Although it's not the norm I've had assignments pop up as late as 10:30am the following Monday (usually on commodities).

    IB finally sent a bulletin almost 2 hours late! Cash bonds are mostly unchanged, if anyone needs to hedge over the holiday there's TLT although you'll have to figure out the ratio for yourself.

    I don't disagree with the principle of policing bandwidth hogs, but slapping a $2000 fine on a small trader who exceeds a quota by 10 lots is bullshit when the same fine would be applied to a 100mm account that spoofs all day. Obviously (as a small trader) if you know you're on the watch list...
