I trade BTC/USD & XRP/USD at Coinexx.co (broker) on the MT5 platform...account opening and funding can get knocked out in a day. In the next few weeks, there will be 5 new pairs to trade tied to the EUR.

MT5 can take advantage of modern computing power - MT4 is an old dog with no tricks left. I run fully automated systems on both platforms and I'm ready to take MT4 out back and toss in the dumpster.

You can open with 100.00 and spreads are excellent as others have mentioned. Margin up to 500:1 if you want it. (I use 50:1 max).

Coinexx is the perfect model to be copied by other brokers in my opinion. They offer MT5 and 5 USD based crypto pairs - by end of September they will move to 10 pairs as they add EUR based pairs. I absolutely love trading cryptos this way and I hate the old way dealing with 4 or 5 separate...

Exactly why I don't use IB. I can't believe they have not gone out and just bought a platform and add that last needed component. Go buy out one of them - NT, SC, or MC. That seems like a no brainer fix to get their platform to a proper level.

Even at 15:1 it makes sense to me why AMP added the MT5 platform. Anyone can take that platform and connect to a range of offshore FX brokers while still trading Futures on the same platform with AMP. Just a numbers game - marketing a service to 1 trader versus marketing a service that 15...

I agree - the 15:1 ratio seemed very low to me. I was thinking maybe 500 to 1.

Most of the profitable traders I know are FX side - I know 3 profitable Futures traders and that's in the past 10 years.
