i'm a huge gold bull even though i'm short, really the safe play is just to add to your long positions cause there's no doubt gold will be going up this is just a consoldation... it might not rebound to 1030 highs in july cause of the summer doldrums but i dont think you have anything to worry...

Nice work!! Speaking of risk tolerance, my account is now up 50% from these moves: (I started with a paltry 2500...) I put in a short at 925 and doubled down at 945, took profits at 909 and went short again 915 took half profits at 892 then just closed them out at 872... :)

I trade XAU/USD pair on oanda using 50:1 leverage. I'm not sure if there any other forex brokers that allow you to trade gold, but I like my current setup.
