Anyone here done research in finding which one of the index's tend to over react? for example, when market is down 1%; which one of them tends to be down more than 1%, consistently? i have a system that trades ranges and basically i'm looking for a index to trade that tends to ''overreact"...

why is commissions on futures soo high? i mean it's the same machines that are doing all the work. how can prop trading offer commissions as low as .002 per trade

Deep discounting is cheap but like you said, feed and platform fees are eleminated with mirus / Optimus. Rithmic Feed can cost a hundred buck and platform ... Same. So I really don't get what mars deep discounting any different

Right and the "other" feeds that other brokers charge are usually 1+ dollar. And one trade on both side ends up costing 4 to 5 dollars. I find that rediculas on the most liquid market such as emini. So what is truly a cheap broker where the net fee is cheap? Bc 5$ per trade is rediculas if...

IB rate is $0.85 on 1 contract Mirus is ES $.49; PLUS exchange fee for 1$? = so total is 1.49?? On IB site it says " Our pricing for futures in US markets includes our low broker commission plus exchange, regulatory and clearing fees. You are not charged a carrying fee for positions held...

ALL ARE DIFFERENT! backtesting 1 min data vs tick data= results are different by a LARGE amount backtesting second data vs tick data= results are diff by a LARGE amount testing on market replay vs backtesting ^^ above = results are diff by a LARGE amount then live trading is totally...
