It does .... It was clearly stated on tradestation educational video, that you need a faster internet, to pull date to scanners faster. Since internet isn't so cheap here, i rather spend whatever amount $ needed only. However i will ask same question on TS forum too.

Interactive brokers and Tradestation securities open for every country. Schwab open account for every country but 25k Minimum. TD ameritrade also open for most countries. they have different website for different region. if you are in Asia, you need to visit TD ameritrade website in singapore...

Actully IB mosaic is very confusing. TWS classic is super. I just opened account with IB two months ago and i thought it's junk. But now i love it and so easy to use with lot of features

You didn't mention why move away from IB , and looking for better broker? what is that you don't like about IB. My brother has saxo bank account, you will pay arm and leg for commissions, and platform is few decades behind IB. I recommend Trade station securities, i think it is superior to IB...
