    If a given lifestyle makes you worry all the time something needs to change. Trading should not be stressful because you should be trading with money you're willing to lose. If you lose it should be no big deal. This is why small traders always lose.

    Interesting. So its like learning anything new. At first you're bad at it and won't really be good until you have a bit of practice under your belt. Possible strategy? Set aside some money that you're willing to lose and start trading with that for practice.
