Reviewing it, logically SKO was not considering pt1 and pt2 on the same trendline. the answer was in the question : if he says B2B (or R2R) is from pt1 to pt2 AND 2R (or 2B) is from point 2 to pt3, then point1 and pt2 need to be on opposite TL.
