I just checked CFTC FCM financial report and found out FXCM's net dropped to 19Mio and Hotspot had negative balance (-1.2Mio). Anybody know what happened?

I just talked to them and they claimed that their trading desk was for support only. Client's orders go directly to the bank they deal with (STP). Anyone have any experience with them? Thanks
