I've never tried X-trader, but would like to know what it could offer. J-trader seems enough if you only trade e-minis futures, not spreads. I've tried FFast but do not like it. It doesn't calculate real time balance and no daily reports like in J-trader.

I've been using MyTrack for Eurex data, it is about $60/month. Euro Bund starts trading at 2:00 am EST. But MyTrack usually starts at 2:30 am EST, it starts at 2:00 am only occasionally. I've reported this problem several times, but never got a response.

I have no problem with cash, my FCM doesn't convert Euro to USD even when my account becomes flat. I think currency conversion should be as less as possible, because it would incur a small loss due to the spread of buy/sell price. Any idea about depositing bonds as margin?

If I trade on both US and European exchanges, and the fund is in both USD and Euro. 1. Can I use T-bill as margin for European markets? 2. Does Eurex accept any bond as margin? Is there a Euro equivalent of T-bill? if so, can it be used as margin for US markets?

It seems the Sept. contract will expire this Friday, but the Dec. contracts are still trading at very low volume. Is there a rollover period for this contract?

I've used the software on a trial basis. It's the best analysis software I've ever seen, but it's relatively new and need improvements. One complaint about its chart: the numbers on chart scale is not in rounded. Suppose the price is around 3000, the scale could be 2984, 2999, 3014..., instead...
