S over N. Not usually a bullish outcome. Don't get greedy with longs, just my take today. Great scalps, though.

Going to amend that to 2123, resistance so far on the bounce after the initial sell. That lines up better with 15% of NQ and a 5% drop in AAPL. If we start moving back down below 2115, it could tell us that AAPL might sell more than 5%.

5% drop in AAPL should put NQ value around 2129 from its close. So it looks like we are a little overdone on the selling, but then again, 3 day rally is not something you buy ahead of day four without confirmation.

For those traders that might want to brush up on some critical rules, nothing beats "The disciplined Trader" by Mark Douglas (pit trader written in 1982). Here it is in PDF excerpt: The following typical trading errors have a specific cause rooted in a thinking methodology that can be...

Not much of a PnF chartist, but I do check it once in a while. After all, Paul Rotter, arguably the biggest daytrader in the world, favors PnF charts.

Well, once again, that Sunday open pattern has held up to the test, no matter how insane the markets. It's still a trade that works and that is reassuring from a technical stand point. It also proves that we are only trading against machines, which in my view is a good thing. Machines are...

NQ just turned green... Again, no shorting on that break above 2039.75. In fact, NQ now in the lead. Could move up to retest 2052.

Well, well, well. NQ retesting 2039.75 resistance for a third time. No shorting here. I am going to sit this one out until London.

Buyers stepped in right away on that opening drop to 1111.25, just under my support level of 1111.75. When that happens at the open on Sunday night, it often holds, but these days, nothing is even remotely predictable. Shorts are nervous, much more so than remaining longs at this stage of the...
