    Prop Surprise?

I don't think this one is on there: http://www.torocm.com/ The one on the website is for a different Toro firm I believe - that one is based in NY.

    Prop Surprise?

Haha, I'm in a gift receiving mode not gift giving mode but I'll start with 10. Took me a while to create a list. I have 5 listed in my opening post. Here's 5 more: Spot, DRW, Sun, Wolverine, WH

    Prop Surprise?

Lol, nah, well sort off. Not really do the research for me, but perhaps they may know one I don't. I can probably list 20+ too that are currently still in business and are legit/non scams. Trade PMs?

    Prop Surprise?

Anybody think they can surprise me with an options trading firm that has an office in Chicago that I've never heard of? I'm talking about ones that pay a salary and not one in which you have to bring in your own capital. Examples include: Peak 6, CTC, Optiver, Group 1, etc... Less well...

    Money in the Market Info?

Where can I find information on how much money there is in the market? I keep on hearing things like, investors are pulling money out of the market, there's not a lot of money in the market, market makers are trading against market makers, but where do these stats come from? I want a way...

    Market Making Logic

I'll probably never know the answer and there are probably a multitude of reasons, but I was wondering if you guys can give me a few possible answers. I just sold something that had low volume, which meant that the spread was pretty wide. Right after I sold it, the MM (I presume it's the...

    Anybody Super Bullish on Oil

Thanks guys. Now I feel uneasy about my position. Just what I needed and I'm not being sarcastic. Edit: Now I feel fine again. Need more reasons that oil goes down. What about inflation. That's got to hit some day.

    My option trades

If your odds are 50/50 and you have the money, you should just double up until you win big.

    Earnings strangles

Not wikipedia, too long and too much words, and it goes off on tangents. I like the Options Guide since it lays it out to you what you need to buy/sell, is concise, and has graphs. And if I remember correctly, the pages are standardized so if I look at another strategy, I get the same...

    Short strangles on stocks

So you want stocks/ETFs that are uncorrelated with each other?

Help a noob unwind from a position?

Assuming current prices hold and that I'm calculating this correctly, using your strategy I would lose somewhere between -501 to -251. If I just buy 4 puts and sell 4 puts, I could at most gain 168 but I could lose -832. If I just sell now, I would lose -360. I was hoping to use options...

Help a noob unwind from a position?

I'm trying to get the mod to delete my opening post. A lot of math was wrong - should have calculated it out in excel first. My new strategy is to buy 4 Dec 2.50 Puts at 1.40 and sell 4 July 2.50 Puts at 1.55. Stock is VRML.

Help a noob unwind from a position?

Thanks. I'm going to look at the P/L and make my decision. I think I did some math wrong too.
