You can get it off of various newsfeeds. I don't know of a website that has it realtime. The market is pretty wide at the time of release so I don't know how much use it will be to you.

Looking at his previous posts, I think he's talking about a futures prop firm. They can be difficult to get into because it's actually proprietary trading (no deposit/salary/split) so they get a lot of applicants and are somewhat selective. Just keep trying, I think it's been a slow year...

Problems haven't spilled over to the futures side yet. However, Refco did say earlier that Refco Securities was unaffected. Now they are winding it down. So it seems they have spilled over to the B/D side of their business. I do agree with you though that someone will most likely take over...

Doesn't Echo require a deposit? If so, they are not a true prop firm like the others that have been mentioned, where they actually back you and give you a salary along with a split.

It really depends on how you trade. For scalpers, the market will usually tell you that you are wrong or maybe you are right but your timing was wrong. In either case, you're wrong. If you trade off of technicals I have no idea.
