I like trading with the CBOE. They are one of my favorite exchages to trade with other than the ISE. I don't think pricing in pennies at the BOX will be a good thing, but I guess we'll see.

Your rates are way too expensive for experienced guys. Those rates you posted are even expensive for beginners. If you want to get daytraders you'll have to lower them.

I for one find it hard to believe that people knowing about the attacks in advance would not try to profit from them in some way. It seems logical to me that at the very least people who are involved with or know the groups and people involved in the attack would try to profit.
