I have tried unsuccessfully to setup an ACH transfer from my ameritrade acct to AMP. Amp lists their account number and their ABA number, along with a 'further credit to acct #'. On the ameritrade ACH form, there is only a place for one Bank Account Number. I have tried to use both my account...
