Officially closing the journal indefinitely. Minus 4k Monday. Same rules that made me 5k lost me 7k.

Need to follow trend indicators like I was before. Would have been a 3,4,5,6k+ day....

Back to 7.25k with the account. (-3k) Sorta kinda breaking some of my rules. Sundays/Mondays have been my roughest times to trade, it's something about the weekend...

Passed 10k mark this morning. Will post screenie ASAP. Tip: Volume precedes price. I like the term "open INTEREST" a lot more now that I understand it. I trade on price, volume and trendlines.

@ 6k with the account. Took a 2k loss, but have made several winning trades since then. I'll post a photo when I get past the 7k mark.

Finally had time to craft a back-testable study of my current strategy. Pretty good results. Started 2000.

Didn't trade a couple of nights this week which I should have because they would have been profitable. Have $7,084 in the account at the moment. Didn't trade FX this week to regroup from loss.

Net positive a couple hundred dollars gained totaling both FX and futures accounts. Loss has been in FX, gain in Futures account. Unfortunately I could have made a couple $1k trades but didn't last night and the night before. The wide range large volume down day (30 Sep 10) spooked me out...

Stayed up to watch market for small profit ~100. Again should have stayed in original trade for anywhere between $800-1200. Still learning. Gonna hit the hay, since I can't watch the market I won't trade.

Frustrating when you deviate from some of your rules due to noise and you get burned. Should have kept the original position. (long es @ 1136 x 5)

Waiting till my indicators line up one way to decide the market trend. Still some mixed signals. Taking note of price/volume relationship has helped make me my last ~$2,000 in the after hours market. Still short 1991.5 NQ, + ~$300 on the position today :D
