You sound like a guy who doesn’t believe in day-trading. How can you state that someone is doing it “wrong?” One thing I like about day-trading is that it’s very easy to separate luck from skill, takes no longer than a month.

No. Generally speaking, your broker will place a DAY order everyday until you cancel it. This stuff is complicated and not standardized. A few people who understand it on this forum (not me), haven’t posted in awhile. Watch this for better understanding of the options order handling process
