Left to right on the scale would be increasing overlap in points, if I'm not mistaken. As you move down the chart it to lower volume levels it shows more overlap days. The negative numbers I would think are gap days.

Interesting question. It should confirm the RTL BO. We did continue up so I'd say yes. Looking at the 11:30 bar, it closed outside the lateral, then the 11:35 closed up on increasing volume. So isn't that a return to dominance? Regarding the 11:45 spiki-ness, aren't spike bars...

I suspect the difference here is in the fractal. On the 5 min we don't get a return to dominance until after the 2nd lateral. That would be the reason Spyder didn't annotate the blue and pink traverse channels they are inside of as traverses. If on a faster fractal then the first lateral is...

The first lateral traverses the channel to a pt 3, so that would be at least a traverse. When we break out down and move to the second lateral, it appears to be a complete down traverse sequence as the volume gaussian goes increasing-decreasing-increasing. So if the 2nd lateral is part of a...

It is a bit confusing. Orange and olive are not traverses and the blue widens or rolls to the green. So it appears the green channel is just a large traverse. I'm not sure and trying to work through these, so thought I'd post 'em. - EZ

The is the chart for 10-22-08 with more apparent traverses that aren't in the morning. The afternoon confusion is around the laterals and determining the sequences in those areas. How you read that determines "what" sequence completion you're looking for - if the lateral BO (2nd circled)...
