    Email from www.georgesoros.com...Darkness Falls.....

Interesting. So if you disagree with or satirize any Jewish person then you're anti-Semitic. Even if they're a megamaniacal jerk. Brilliant.

is there any tool to auto-trading IB account without the TWS running

IB Gateway is your best alternative. It uses way less RAM and CPU than the TWS. If you use Gateway make sure you change the API port. The default API port for TWS and Gateway are different.

USA Toady? No great loss. However I haven't noticed anything unusual.

Switching to IB from TDA's TOS will I be able to analyze options

Under the analyze tab in the Positions and Simulated Trades pane there's a menu button to the right. The Import Trades menu item does it. Just keep in mind you can't directly import trades from IB into TOS. The import is for TOS-formatted exported trades.

Switching to IB from TDA's TOS will I be able to analyze options

Sadly there's not much in IB's 3rd party app collection for option trading, at least not a direct TOS replacement. OptionVue is probably the best for risk graphs, modeling and greeks but it's an expensive subscription.

    Shkreli at court

You're referring to his sudden price increase of a popular drug and subsequent eye-rolling testimony before Congress? Why can't he do what he wants with what's his?

Switching to IB from TDA's TOS will I be able to analyze options

With some massaging, yes. I run an activity report, save it as a text file and run it through a custom Python script to get the TOS import/export format.

Switching to IB from TDA's TOS will I be able to analyze options

The risk navigator isn't up to where the TOS analysis tools are. Here's a little secret: Do you trading on IB TWS, do your analysis on an unfunded TOS account. You can import a trade log from IB to TOS with a little massaging and track your trades in real time there with *nice* risk graphs.

Switching to IB from TDA's TOS will I be able to analyze options

Depends on a number of factors. For index options they're almost equal. IB passes along exchange fees but TOS eats them. Also, people gag on the TOS ticket charge of $6.95 but if you're trading 10+ contracts it doesn't matter.

What is going to happen to the price of bitcoin if the float increases

Well sure it's a fun hypothetical thought experiment. Just like stock if the company issues more shares the value gets diluted. Still it's literally impossible with BTC. Now anything is possible with some other cryptocurrency; it's totally up to the designers.

What is going to happen to the price of bitcoin if the float increases

If you mean the original Bitcoin (BTC), it is not possible to increase the number of them. It was fixed at about 21 million from the start and is inherent in the algorithm.

1/4% Tax on all stock trades pushed in NY Times today

Somewhat related, Theresa May recently proposed a complete ban on encryption (never let a terrorist attack go to waste). Totally unworkable and impossible like many financial "fixes".

    Basic ES question

Anyone here trading DOM on ES with TWS? Out of morbid curiosity I've been trying to get either BookTrader or Market Depth Trader working. I believe I have the market permissions set up correctly but I can't see the bid/ask sizes at the different levels on BookTrader (blank).

    Coal Question

I know OP was talking about domestic energy production but I know we're exporting a lot of coal. I live near a major east-west CSX line and see full coal trains heading east to Baltimore pretty frequently. To address OP's natural gas pipeline question: While it sounds good on paper, putting...
