Hey Guys,
Currently I'm running a really basic set-up but I want to go full into it and get the best possible software.
My current broker is InteractiveBrokers and I'd like to keep them (unless someone has another broker significantly better)
My question is about charts and trading...
Hey Guys,
Looking for a package that I can drop some indicators, change a few minor things around with existing indicators (i'm not a programmer but somewhat knowledgeable)
So i was looking at ones like Amibroker, MultiCharts, even maybe a higher level software package like Tradecision...
My hypothetical question:
If I wanted to set-up an offshore trading vehicle (I'm assuming the best way would be through corporation, but that's just an educated guess) what would I need?
I assume I need to set-up the corp, get a bank account in that country with my new corp, tranfer...
you mean you don't own a plane?
get with the times dude.....speaking of which if you can't afford a $65k watch you really need to step up and buy one. That's the only way to really know what time it is......
yea right ;)
Hey guys,
Before you start on me, i know I should have done this a long time ago with a professional, but while i'm here I might as well ask:
Do I actually have to enter every trade I made for the whole year or just the summary in the T5008? Net cap gain = $100 etc??
Thanks
canuck
this may seem like a dumb question, but I am new to this and am learning......
I was looking at Amibroker's new 4.70 version and one of the features is automated trading interface. But I can't find any info on the site if the interface can execute trades that are generated from Ami.
Does...
like the guys said, good jobs in TO are very rare. it's less stress, but lower pay the NY.
either try to get to the US or start trading yourself. hell, maybe even try and go to London, lot's of jobs there as well
I was thinking about having a cell phone to check quotes and in case my DSL does down.
Any suggestions to the best (or better) ones out there? I was thinking about the Treo 650, but would any internet enabled cell phone allow me to trade out of something?
thanks
almost 2 years. there's been the odd time I can't log in, but that's rare - either way, i've been happy.
but again, I don't use a ton of fancy apps with it, so maybe some of you guys may have more issues.........
what were the problems you can't get resolved? I've never had any issues with IB at all, although I don't use any kind of 3rd party interface for auto trading, which may cause issues. For me, they've been perfect.
long term, there's a good bet it's going to go down, but from 58.70 - to current 44, that's pretty steep drop. A lot of bad news is being priced in, if the Fed even hints at stopping, TOL could pop back to 52 pretty easy. Pretty good risk vs reward.
