I noticed the spread on OEX ATM puts yesterday was $2.00 or more, but traders were still trading them. I enjoyed trading the OEX before the spreads opened up. Does anybody on this board still trade them?

When adding RAM, should you match the amount already in your computer? Example: if you have 128MBs should you add another 128MBs or go with as much RAM as your system will take. I have 3 slots & wondered if it was proper to have 1 stick of 128 & another of 256. Thanks

I haven't added a card yet. I was thinking about using the Matrox Millennium G450. Check out the Matrox web site, I think they tell you if your particullar model is compatible with one of their cards. The G450 I believe is compatible with mine. I have an AGP Nvidia card with an upgradeable AGP slot.

I have a Compaq 5000 series with an AMD 900 & windows ME. Works great. Go to the Compaq knowledge web site (you should have a shortcut on your desktop) & there is a message board that may have the answer to your question.

rtharp I learned alot from this lesson. I learned to use stops no matter what. I will follow my own recommendation as I stated in my initial post, reducing my share size, using stops at support & resistance,& trail the stop so I can let my profits run. May you be succesful in all your endeavors.

Now orders completely bypass Nasdaq's selectnet system for faster fills using ARCA. Now orders are matched with the ARCA book, Instinet, Island or REDI.

I've read all the books, & experimented on my own. Do most of you go above the ask on island to get in a fast moving stock. How about a real liquid stock like CSCO vs a stock that only trades 200,000 shares a day? Would using the NOW feature on ARCA work better than island?

Has anybody tried Omni trader real time, or end of the day stocks & options edition? What are your opinions? Thanks

Tried to log on Quote.Com today, to try out their Q-Charts. I couldn't log on to any of their servers & the Temp password wouldn't work. (I tried for hrs) Is there another charting service that you would recommend? Thanks

Is there an easy way to connect dual monitors to my new compaq PC? I'm running windows millennium & have a 8mb Nvidia TNT2 video card. Since I have an AGP card, I've heard there are some difficulties adding an additional PCI card for the 2nd monitor. Thanks
