How to establish a prop firm

Is this ''partnership'' route still a legal way supposing, that the trader puts up a deposit, uses leverage higher than 4:1, keeps 100% of the profits, the ''prop'' firm doesnt make profits by marking up commission, or passthrough fees? Thanks!

    Opening Only's 2010

Hi total_keops, I'm refering to cell AA14 in your sample, which includes the following string: =WENN(T12>0,"SELL",WENN(T13>0,"BUY",0)). What I noticed in live trading is, that in some cases, when I get filled in partials, excel writes the amount of the very first portion. So the shares...

    How to use MOC order?

Atleast with IB its possible to do so. For one of my strategies I use OPG orders to open a position and MOC orders to close the same position. I send both orders well in advance of the open to my broker.

    Opening Only's 2010

Hi total_keops, setting up the sheet wasn't a problem so far. What is more difficult for me to do is what syntax to use for the condition statement line, which is ''sell open positions by creating a limit order x% away from the actual filling price". saico
